Training for corporates
Whether you are a financial services or tech firm, we have experience working with corporates to deliver training that is tailored to the challenges, and benefits, that come with working in a large company
Recruitment
The interview process can unintentionally filter out neurodivergent applicants, however, with some relatively easy-to-implement accommodations, this doesn't need to be the case. We look at what those accommodations are and listen to video interviews of neurodivergent people describing their experiences of interviews
The Workplace environment
Large offices will inevitably involve a degree of sensory stress. Here we explore what the sensory difficulties are likely to be, and ways to mitigate against them. Again we'll hear from people on the adaptations that work, and what helped keep them regulated
Feedback and Disputes
Disputes that arise involving a neurodivergent colleague and their manager or company often come down to two things: a lack of understanding and poor communication. We focus on communication in this part of the training: how the neurodivergent employee and their neurotypical colleague or boss can find the words to talk about reasonable accommodations and practical support
