We set up and provide training for Neurodiversity Champion schemes, a useful tool in becoming a neurodivergent-friendly workplace. Our services in this area include:
Advice
Advice on setting up the scheme in your company. This involves coming up with a
plan, setting out policy and working out the
perimeters of what the Champions' responsibilities are, and what they can't deal with. We will help definine how the Champions interact with other teams and roles, including HR and line managers
Resource Creation
We can write a company handbook for the Champions to refer to, offering day-to-day tips on how best to carry out this role as well as resources outside the company that are useful to signpost colleagues to
Delivery Advice
Advice on suitable events that will be effective in building awareness alongside the Neurodiversity Champions scheme.
Training
Training (initial and ongoing) for employees to upskill them to become confident Champions and regular check-ins. The training will allow the Champions to responsibly support colleagues, and can be useful career progression development, giving a chance to practice management and listening skills
