Delivered by Jessie Hewitson, this module will give your teams an understanding of what it means to be an ADHDer, autistic or dyslexic, and the implications for the workplace. It will look at:

  • What being autistic, ADHD, dyslexic means
  • Common strengths and challenges among the different neurotypes
  • Quotes and interviews from people on what their neurotype means for them and their work


2: The Nitty Gritty

Specific to your industry

Delivered by one of our group of expert trainers, we look at common difficulties and ways to support situations as they arise. After a discussion with you, we will tailor this part of the training to your company. Common topics include:

Recruitment. How to make interviews more neuro-inclusive

Pragmatic and effective support. Common difficulties that arise (environment and communication) and practical accommodations to specific scenarios

Working relationship difficulties. How to address a dispute or miscommunication that has arisen


3. The Non-Negotiables

What are your legal responsibilities and the consequences if you ignore them

Delivered by commercial law specialist Hayley Harding, this module will give your teams an understanding of what the law says you must do and the liability your company will face if you don't. It will look at:

  • The Equality Act 2010
  • What are reasonable adjustments?
  • Recent cases and what can be learnt from them
  • Consequences of failing to comply
