If a neurodivergent employee is struggling, or there is a dispute, we can mediate.  The aim is to create a better understanding and find a compromise to allow a better way of working together moving forward

Day-to-day telephone or online employee support

For everyday situations or questions that arise, we can help support your HR team, managers or business owners.  We can suggest potential methods of support, help with your decision on what the ultimate support should be and outline what your legal responsibilities are

Individual Support

If you have an employee who is stressed, unhappy or locked in a dispute, we can help mediate. We will speak to the employee, as well as their manager or colleague and write a report outlinging our recommendations to move forward. This intervention can help the neurodivergent employee feel heard and understood, and their colleagues to understand them better. In our experience, it can be very helpful to have an independent third-person to act as a translator between the parties to promote a better understanding of everyone's point of view.
